The Iron House X-Training Weightlifting Bar is tested to be above 195,000 psi and has a weight capacity of 1500 lbs.
Exercise Versatility & Whip
This barbell has good whip and as such is best suited for weightlifting and cross-training exercises but can still be used to perform powerlifting exercises. For lifters that train strictly with the Big 3: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift, we recommend our WOLF Power Bar.
28 mm Shaft
With a 28mm diameter shaft and moderately sharp knurling, holding onto the Iron House X-Training Weightlifting Bar during those last few reps will be no problem at all.
Barbell Coating
The Iron House X-Training Weightlifting Bar comes in two coating variations.
Ceramic coated - showcasing vibrant colour and an exceptional amount of corrosion resistance.
Hard Chrome coated - the industry standard for barbell coatings, strong and durable while adding a sleek shine to your barbell
8 Needle Bearings: Bronze Bushings
The sleeves of the Iron House X-Training Weightlifting Bar houses a combination of 8 needle roller bearings and bronze bushings. This allows for exceptional sleeve rotation.
