Will COVID-19 affect when I receive my order?

Here at Iron House, we are working tirelessly to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible so you can get to your fitness goals. However, in light of restrictions caused by COVID-19 there may be delays in production and shipping. If there are any delays that we are aware of, we will notify you as soon as we can. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

How long do I have to wait to receive a pre-ordered item?

The pre-order period for various products varies. If you have pre-ordered a made-to-order squat rack, you will receive it within two to three weeks. For all other products on pre-order, the wait time is approximately one month. If you have any questions about the pre-order period for your specific order, please contact us and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

When will my bar arrive?

Our WOLF power will begin fulfillment within the next two weeks. Depending on where your order is being deliver, if you ordered a WOLF power bar, you will be receiving it within the next 3 weeks!

If you ordered theIron House Basic Weightlifting Bar 20 KG, fulfillment will begin in approximately 4 weeks.

When will my plates arrive?

Our Urethane Competition Bumper Plates are currently on pre-order and are set to begin fulfillment in mid-August. Depending on when you placed your order and where it is shipping to, after fulfillment, you will receive your order within 5 business days. While we cannot guarantee that there will not be any delays, we assure our customers that you will be notified as soon as we are of any delays.

Do you have a pick-up location?

Currently, Iron House Fitness does not have a physical location.

Where are your products made?

Much like our team and culture is diverse, Iron House Fitness prides itself on celebrating Canada's diversity and culture by working hard to produce Canadian made products. All of our products are designed in Toronto by our ingenious design team. While some of our products are produced in Canada, some are shipped from overseas to provide our customers with a variety of price ranges to choose from. We work hard to source our products and materials from all over the world to ensure that our equipment meets the highest quality standards.
